If you want to Affiliate with Digital Starlight you must:

1. Have most of your site complete
2. Have a good amount of hits
3. Not have any stolen content (credit other sites/forums for work that isn't yours)
4. Update at least twice a month
5. NOT to be on Tripod/Angelfire/Sites that bandwith goes often
6. Have Digital Starlight's Button/Link on ALL pages of your site.
7. Your site not take too long to load (i have a 56k modem to test how long it takes to load)
8. Not be a forum

If you complete the above requirements then email me (digistarlight@gmail.com) with the title of Affiliate. Sometimes your site may be rejected if this is the case i may just link in the link section. I reserve the right to take your button/link if any of the above are broken. Good luck all.
