In honor of its ten year anniversary on television, the artists who sang the "Digimon" theme songs will get together again! Don't miss this concert! "Digimon 10 Years Memorial Live ~ The Guided Ones" Date and time: August 1st, 2009 (Saturday) First part: Doors open 13:00, starts 14:00 Second part: Doors open 17:00, starts 18:00 Performers: Michihiko Oota, Sammy, Takayoshi Tanimoto, Hassy, Kouji Wada (More planned) Location: Vuenos Tokyo (Tokyo - Shibuya) Ticket Price: 5,000 Yen (Drinks not included) Middle school and under tickets 2,500 Yen (Drinks not included) Infants (Under 6, if accompanied by a guardian) free Ticket Sale Date: Advance ticket sales start June 15th, 2009 (Monday) Way far out of my way, but maybe someone will be there and let us know what went on (or maybe even a recording or two will make it to us). |

Coming out in September is a memorial book for Digimon Adventure. Here are the details thus far. Digimon Series Memorial Book Digimon Animation Chronicle Catalog #: NEOIPS-646 Release Date: 9/2/2009 Price: 2600 yen ($26.41 in USA dollars) I'll put up more details and coverart when it is available. |

Was hoping to wait posting about it until we had full and proper info, but since jp put up a post earlier, going ahead and making a proper news post.
Catalog #: NECM-12163 Release Date: 08/01/2009 Price: 1143 yen (at current prices, that is $11.71) Track listing isn't known so far, but at least one track is sung by Wada Kouji and there will be other singers. The lower price suggests it will probably be a few songs rather than a full album. |

Going by release lists on a few different stores, it looks like 14 Digimon Adventure related albums will be rereleased on August 1st, 2009.
